More and more service providers are seeing the exponential outcomes that can come from focusing effort in the areas they add most value.  By moving away from their in-house built software platform to Envizi, C&W are freeing up valuable resources to deliver service outcomes to their client base.

C&W’s Australian operation includes a large Occupier Services division who specialise in managing large multi-site clients. In addition, C&W’s Sustainability Solutions team deliver specialist energy and environmental services including data management, performance reporting and analytics, strategy and client advisory as well as engineering and optimisation services.

In Australia, Envizi & C&W are working together to deliver market-leading software and environmental service solutions across some of C&W major clients including Australia Post, Aurizon, National Australia Bank, Suncorp, Westpac and Home Consortium.

WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP

Prior to partnering with Envizi, C&W was relying on an internal environmental management and reporting platform based on a combination of JD Edwards and SharePoint augmented by other third party systems . C&W went to market seeking a solution that:

  • Was flexible with a strong product development roadmap which could keep pace with the evolving client and market requirements
  • Could manage a broad range of energy and environmental metrics
  • Provided a single source of truth for all data with robust data audit trails
  • Delivered “the next level” of reporting/analysis dashboards and tools that were intuitive, attractive and supported the diverse needs of a broad range of stakeholders
  • Leveraged data analytics to free up C&W from undertaking labour intensive data validation on spreadsheets to focus more on extracting highly valuable data insights informing strategic and timely decisions

Envizi was able to deliver to these requirements, and integrate with some of C&W’s incumbent systems to provide a cost effective, low risk data management, analytics, visualisation and reporting layer.

Envizi has also enabled the company to fast-track audit and assurance processes with real time access to high quality data.
